The Pilot Assistance Program (PAP) is a psychological support service, provided by a group of volunteer and trained pilots, with the objective of helping other pilots to deal with any source of stress that is affecting their professional performance and, consequently, flight safety.
PAP volunteers are available 24/7 to listen and provide confidential, non-judgmental support to their colleagues.
Don't let any external factors affect your work and your quality of life. Talk to a PAP volunteer before these issues threaten your health, career or life.
Get in touch with a volunteer pilot through the 24-hour contact phone or through the website.

Count on us anywhere, whenever you need it.
Piloting is one of the most stressful jobs out there. In addition to being subject to various harmful agents on board an aircraft, pilots need to be in a constant state of alert during their workdays.
Factors such as low atmospheric pressure, excessive noise, time zone changes and inadequate food can directly influence flight safety and the health of the crew, especially if combined with family, financial or personal problems.
With that in mind, we developed thePilot Assistance Program.
Staffed by a team of highly trained volunteer pilots, this service is completely confidential and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
At any time, whenever necessary, volunteers will be on hand to provide psychological support to pilots in professional or personal matters.
